Janice Lo
From the role of a retail field staff to a Retail & Training Director covering the Asia Pacific region, Janice has gained solid experience over the past 20 years in retail development and people development, specializing in retail performance management, training design and delivery, with strength in transformation and mindset coaching.
Janice started her career in 1999 as a retail frontline staff working in the fashion and beauty industry, where she was exposed to learning about the different needs and preferences of customers. This has inculcated in her the importance of listening, giving advice and meeting the needs of customers to excel in the trade. After years of serving different customers and polishing her professional skills, she naturally turned to the training profession.
Prior to being a Consultant, she remained as head of retail and training functions of several multinational companies. In her role, she was instrumental in developing the retail strategies for different markets in the region, driving organization culture, analyzing business KPIs, and developing training roadmap for APAC executives and retail staff. She was also a key speaker in many conferences and seminars, such as “Regional Annual Conference” and “Emotional Connection Seminar”, just to name a few. Moreover, she gained Empathy Champion Accreditation granted by Service & Retail Academy, Loreal.
