Hugo Lo (Trainer)

Having worked in the Learning and Development Teams of different corporates, including training consultancy firms, listed companies, and MNCs, Hugo has gained solid experience in Learning and Development and developed himself as a professional trainer.

Hugo has played an active role in facilitating service communication training programs and providing feedback on participants’ performance in role plays and exercises. Projects he involved in are such as Nan Fung Property Management, Nike Hong Kong Ltd, Jebsen Motors Ltd, Nanyang Commercial Bank and BSH Home Appliances Limited, etc.

With full exposure to different training activities, he has been supporting experiential training for organizations. Examples are Hong Kong Fire Services Department, Dr. Kong Footcare, Tajimaya Group, and MeokBang.

He has also assisted many reputable companies and organizations to plan and implement training programmes, including Hong Kong Housing Society, The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, AsiaWorld-Expo, Bank SinoPac, Global Timepieces, The Body Shop Hong Kong, and American Eagle Outfitters, etc.

Hugo is a certified DiSC trainer, endorsed by Everything DiSC®. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Public Administration from The Open University of Hong Kong.
