Hugo Lo (Trainer)

Hugo has held roles in Training & Development divisions of listed companies and multinational corporations, specializing in areas such as next-generation employee management, DiSC social styles, and experiential learning. He has delivered training programs and team-building workshops for clients across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.

With significant experience in corporate training, Hugo has designed and facilitated impactful courses for a wide range of companies and organizations. His programs cover key topics such as service and sales techniques, leadership development, DiSC social styles, and feedback and coaching skills. Notable clients include Nike, Oriental Watch Company, Nan Fung Property Management, Bank of Communications, Otis, Guerlain, the Hong Kong Fire Services Department, and Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM).

Besides training, Hugo has facilitated engaging team-building activities for different clients. Through dynamic, experiential learning approaches, he transforms participants’ experiences into meaningful learning opportunities, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Clients he has worked with include Nanyang Commercial Bank, Manulife, The Body Shop, L'Oréal Travel Retail, KLN (formerly Kerry Logistics), ESDlife, and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.

Additionally, Hugo has conducted field coaching and visits for clients such as the Quality Tourism Services Association (QTSA), Nike, and Nan Fung Property Management. These visits to frontline stores and branches help employees apply classroom learning to their daily tasks. He has also supported clients such as New Balance, UA Finance, and Bank of Communications in developing online learning materials to encourage continuous professional development.

Hugo is a certified Everything DiSC® trainer and holds certifications as an NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach.
