Job Detail
- Take ownership of different mystery shopper programs (Retail, F&B, Banking, etc.) in shopper management and work closely with research team members to ensure quality in program deliverables
- Assign jobs to outdoor mystery shoppers
- Collect questionnaires from mystery shoppers at back office
- Handle mystery shoppers’ enquiries
- Be responsible for logistics arrangement of mystery shoppers training
- Implement fieldwork and recruitment for other customer research projects
- Mainly work at back office

- Higher Diploma or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good telephone manner
- Good Chinese typing skill
- Able to work independently under pressure
Account Executive
Job Detail
- Work closely with consultants, business managers and clients to plan, develop and execute learning campaigns for clients
- Perform professional account servicing, including project track/ project schedules preparation, client meetings with consultants and client liaison, to ensure that project deliverables are fulfilled
- Assist consultants in preparing PowerPoint presentation for training and the materials required
- Coordinate logistics with clients / external parties and conduct site visits when necessary to ensure the smooth implementation of seminars / workshops / team-building events
- Set up face-to-face training, online workshops and zoom meetings
- Provide on-site support for workshops and team-building events when required
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Job Requirement
- University graduate
- Have 1 to 2 years' working experience is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese
- Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Mature in interacting with different levels of people working from different industries
- Strong organization skills, able to do scheduling works well
- Able to work under tight schedule and deadlines

- Manage and implement research projects (mystery shopper assessments, quantitative and qualitative research projects)
- Be responsible for client liaison, research design, project briefing, project management, quality control, report writing and presentation
- Provide recommendations and prepare business proposals to clients
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure quality in project deliverables
Job Requirement
- Degree holder of social science, business administration, statistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in related fields (preferably on mystery shopper assessments)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese input. Knowledge in VBA is preferred
- Proactive, resourceful and detail-minded with good communication skills
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Research Executive
