Business Executive

Business Development
  • Handle sales leads, prepare meeting materials, make sales presentations in prospect meetings
  • Identify the needs of prospective clients and provide suggestions accordingly
  • Prepare proposals, agreements and other related materials to prospective clients upon advice by the Consultants
  • Negotiate prices and terms with prospective clients
  • Keep track of the progress of proposals, communicate with clients, to ensure the success of the deal
Project follow-up
  • Coordinate with clients, Consultants, and Account Executives to facilitate the success of projects
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong business relations with existing clients and explore further business opportunities regularly

職位要求
  • 2 years’experience in sales or account servicing, preferably in professional service industry
  • Proactive, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Mature in interacting with different levels of people from different industries and backgrounds
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage

Project Manager (Research)

  • Manage and implement research projects (mystery shopper assessments, quantitative and qualitative research projects)
  • Be responsible for client liaison, research design, project briefing, project management, quality control, report writing and presentation
  • Provide recommendations and prepare business proposals to clients
  • Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure quality in project deliverables

職位要求
  • Degree holder of social science, business administration, statistics or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in related fields (preferably on mystery shopper assessments)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese input. Knowledge in VBA is preferred
  • Proactive, resourceful and detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Research Executive
