- Handle sales leads, prepare meeting materials, and make sales presentations in prospect meetings
- Identify the needs of prospective clients and provide suggestions accordingly
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and other related materials for prospective clients as advised by Consultants
- Negotiate prices and terms with prospective clients
- Track the progress of proposals, communicate with clients, and ensure the success of deals
- Participate in planning marketing campaigns and developing marketing materials to facilitate lead generation

- Coordinate with clients, Consultants, and Account Executives to ensure project success
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong business relationships with existing clients and explore further business opportunities regularly

Account Executive

- Perform professional account servicing, including preparing project schedules, conducting desktop research/site visits, attending meetings with consultants, and arranging and monitoring all project logistics
- Take ownership of accounts and coordinate/follow up with clients, consultants, and the research team to ensure project deliverables are met on time
- Participate in business development work, including lead generation, proposal and agreement preparation, and sales follow-up as advised by consultants
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare presentation slides and other training materials
- Set up face-to-face training, online workshops, and Zoom meetings
- Provide on-site workshop support and assist in team-building events when required
- Participate in planning marketing campaigns and developing marketing materials to facilitate lead generation
